Stop Repeating the Same Argument.

Instead rebuild real connection in your closest relationship. Find your way to meaningful intimacy and peace together.

When you are trapped in a cycle of constant or escalating tension, emotional distance, or explosive arguments – generic communication tips and passive advice is unlikely to make a difference when you get swept away in the turmoil. You don’t need a referee to take sides or recount a play-by-play of your week.

My goal is to help couples move toward each other again, learn to recognize when the negative loop is starting to swirl and to reach to help each other stay out of it. Real time in session and in the days between sessions, you will rebuild genuine connection and closeness and learn to feel and reach for each other – to hold and to be held.

 What to Expect in Session

We do not sit back and let old argument scripts replay in our sessions without using them to help move out of the negative cycle. We work actively together.

De-escalation: We identify your relationship’s unique “enemy”—the repetitive negative cycle—so you can stop fighting each other and start fighting the pattern together.

Restructuring the Bond: You will learn how to express your core vulnerabilities and needs safely, experiencing what it feels like when your partner truly hears, validates, and reaches back to you.

Consolidation: We anchor these new, secure connection patterns so they become your automatic response at home, even during times of stress. And this becomes a new positive cycle with the potential to sustain and deepen your connection in the years to come.
